A U.S.-based customer specializing in textile distribution required a robust storage solution for their large inventory of fabric rolls. With varying product weights and daily forklift operations, the client turned to Heda Shelves for a custom heavy-duty racking system designed for high performance and long-term durability.
Custom Racking Solution
To meet the client’s exact needs, we engineered two load-bearing options based on the weight of the fabric rolls:
1,400 kg per level
2,800 kg per level
Each bay is equipped with reinforced cross beams (stiffeners) to ensure enhanced structural strength and safety, especially for the heavier loads.
